After 6 months of running a pop-up restaurant with consistently long lines and crazy demand, we took a leap of faith and opened our first mobile food truck in April 2020 in a thriving urban area of Houston, Texas. Demand for our craveable Hot Fried Chicken exceeded all expectations, while consistently great quality food and an awesome experience kept our guests coming back time after time. Signatures like the Waffle Burger or Fried Shrimp show our spin on Creole, Cajun, Seafood & Soul Food influences.
